Patresi is a small, quiet village on the western coast of Elba Island, within the municipality of Marciana. The atmosphere here is very relaxed and authentic, far removed from the crowded tourism that characterizes other areas of the island.

Two-room apartment - Sleeps 2/4 (for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults accompanied by two children)
The house is spread over one floor, the ground floor, and is bright and meticulously maintained. It features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a relaxation area with a double sofa bed and a TV. The double bedroom is cozy. The modern bathroom has a shower, bidet, and window.
Outside, there is a large, furnished covered outdoor area and a private uncovered parking space.

Important Notes:
- Minimum check-in age: 21 (for groups of young people; families welcome)
- Check-in at our offices is from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM; check-in after 8:00 PM requires a €50.00 surcharge.
- Small pets are allowed with a €30 surcharge.
- Mandatory security deposit: €150.00; refunded at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linen and towels: € 40 matrimonial kit, also for single use; cannot be booked on site.
