We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Splendid ground floor apartment of a detached villa, arranged entirely on one level, ideal for those seeking comfort, privacy, and relaxation. The property is surrounded by a large, fully fenced garden, perfect for families and for spending pleasant moments outdoors.

The well-kept and functional interiors include a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both air-conditioned for maximum comfort in any season, a bathroom with shower, a bright living room with a double sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The villa is strategically located in the center of Porto Azzurro, just steps from the sea, shops, restaurants, and all major amenities, making it the ideal solution for fully experiencing the charm of the village without sacrificing tranquility.

Guests also have access to a shared swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on hot days. The pool is typically open from June to September (DATES TO BE DEFINED).

Important Notes:
- Minimum check-in age: 21 (for groups of young people)
- Check-in at our Mola offices is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM; check-in after 8:00 PM requires a €50.00 surcharge.
- Pets of all sizes are welcome with a €30 surcharge (the fence is partly low, 1 meter, and partly just a hedge).
- Security deposit (mandatory): €200.00; refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linen and towels: Double set €40 (also for single use), single set €20. Please request before arrival.
