The apartment features a comfortable double bed, a walk-in closet, and a spacious bathroom with a washing machine. The separate kitchenette, complete with a microwave, allows you to prepare meals independently. Outside, the fully fenced garden with a barbecue, distant sea views, and a private parking space ensure relaxation, comfort, and maximum privacy.

- Security deposit (mandatory): €200.00; refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linens and towels: €20.00 per person (request at time of booking); cannot be booked on-site.
