Kołobrzeg Modern Apartment is located in an excellent area, just a 15-minute walk from the beach – one of the longest beaches on the Polish Baltic coast. The beach in Kołobrzeg is one of the most popular seaside destinations in Poland. It offers numerous amenities for visitors, including sunbed and windbreak rentals, food outlets, beach cafés, and a children’s playground. Lifeguard services are also available during the season.

A picturesque promenade stretches along the beach, making it perfect for walking or cycling. Near the apartment, guests will find Pioneers’ Square (Skwer Pionierów Kołobrzegu), 18 Marca Park, the Town Hall, Wybrzeże Cinema, and General Jan Henryk Dąbrowski Park. We also recommend visiting the nearby Oceanarium.

There are many tourist attractions in the area worth visiting, such as the Kołobrzeg Pier, the Wax Museum, the Lighthouse, and the Museum of Polish Arms. In the immediate vicinity, guests will also find various shops (Żabka, Biedronka, Stokrotka, Delikatesy Centrum), numerous cafés and restaurants, as well as service points.
