Perched on the outskirts of Agios Onoufrios in Chania, Oliva Doro Villa offers a stunning blend of sea and mountain scenery. Spanning 2,200 sq. m., the villa features expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces, combining refined design with modern comforts. Oliva Doro offers four spacious, beautifully appointed bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, with the option to host up to 10 if needed.


Layout - Ground Floor
-Living Room: comfortable corner sofa, JBL Bluetooth Speaker, and a 75" LG TV
-Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances & a large dining table that seats up to 10 guests.
-Elevator provides seamless access to all floors.
-All bedrooms feature open closets with safe deposit boxes, mini fridges, blackout curtains, and 43" TVs.
-Bedroom 1: King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower, and direct access to the pool area.


First Floor - Includes a second lounge with a comfortable sofa and an LG TV, along with two bedrooms:
-Bedroom 2 (Master): King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower, sofa accommodating a 9th guest, and access to a balcony with panoramic sea views.
-Bedroom 3: King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower, and access to a balcony with sea views.


Lower Floor - Offers a third lounge area with an 86" LG TV, PlayStation 5, and a large sofa accommodating the 10th guest.
-Laundry area with LG washer and dryer, and a full bathroom with a stand-up shower.
-Bedroom 4: King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower, and direct outdoor access.


Outdoor Area (2,200 m2)
-Private 160 sq.m. L-shaped swimming pool 0.75 m to 1.5 m depth, step access; can be heated upon request at an additional daily charge)
-Pool area with 4 double sunbeds, 2 sunbeds, 2 umbrellas, and a poolside shower

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
