The exterior provides permit parking, a rear courtyard with furniture and a utility outbuilding. Poppy's Cottage is a characterful cottage, in the centre of a stunning village and with much going on in the surrounding area. Please note: Wood supplies can be purchased at the local Coop store in the village



The Neighborhood:

Grasmere, in the Lake District, is best known as the home of William Wordsworth. It boasts the famous Grasmere Gingerbread shop as well as shops, pubs, a 13th century church and Grasmere Lake. Five miles away is Ambleside and Lake Winderemere with shops, pubs, restaurants and the 17th century Bridge House. Cruises, boat trips and water sports can all be enjoyed on Lake Windermere.
