The living areas of this single-storey property include a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a living/dining room with dining seating for four, a Smart TV, electric fire stove and balcony with furniture. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom and shower room. Outside there is a front non-enclosed patio and rear lawn with access to local walks, plus off-road parking for one car. Within 1.3 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub, a river and a lake and please note this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent. Indulge in the scenery of the Lake District with a stay at the lovely Fell View.

On the lakeside at Waterhead, the parkland offers lovely views down the lake and a short stretch of beach, whilst a walk in the other direction, following Stock Ghyll through woodland, will bring you to the entrancing waterfall of Stock Ghyll Force. Along with the Lake and the great walking on offer, Ambleside is also famous for its annual rushbearing ceremony and the diminutive 17th century âBridge Houseâ - one of the most photographed buildings in the Lake District and now the National Trust Information Centre.
