Villa Kajastus is a three bedroom home completed in 2021, with room for up to eight guests. Underfloor heating and an air heat pump keep it comfortable year round, and the wood fired sauna is ready after a day outdoors. Outside, the private garden has a gas BBQ, outdoor games, a rowing boat, and two paddleboards for time by the water.

Villa Kajastus offers an easy base in the Salo region for families and small groups who want space, outdoor time, and practical comforts in one place. The home is on one level, so daily routines stay simple, and it works well for longer stays.

The living and dining area connects to a well equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, and a Moccamaster coffee maker. The indoor dining table seats eight, and there is matching outdoor dining for meals on the terrace.

Underfloor heating and the air heat pump support the temperature through the seasons, and an AEG washer dryer, drying rack, and wardrobes help with active holidays. For quieter moments indoors, there are books, board games, and children’s toys.

The wood fired sauna is a highlight after a day outside. In the yard, guests can use the trampoline, play lawn badminton or football, or enjoy classic outdoor games.
