The apartment boasts a private balcony with stunning, uninterrupted views across the marina, where you can relax and watch the boats drift by—an ideal setting for a morning coffee or an evening unwind. Guests also benefit from free underground parking for one car, a rare and valuable feature in Swansea City Centre, especially when paired with such picturesque surroundings.

Inside, the apartment has been thoughtfully arranged to create a warm and cosy atmosphere. The living area features a comfortable sofa, a dining table for two, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. A separate, fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a convenient stay, including an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher.

The bathroom includes a full-sized bath with an overhead shower, along with a toilet and essential amenities. The master bedroom offers a comfortable King-size bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
