Set on one level, this home is ideal for all ages and needs. Gather in the sunny lounge, cook in the fully stocked kitchen, or unwind outside on the patio. The accessible bathroom and wide doorways ensure comfort for everyone.

- Living room: Smart TV, colourful seating, king-size sofa bed
- Kitchen: Appliances include oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker
- Bedroom 1: Configurable as super king or two singles
- Bedroom 2: Double bed and workspace
- Bathroom: Wet room with walk-in shower and support rails
- Garden: Enclosed and private with outdoor dining space

Just a few minutes’ stroll to the beach and promenade, with splash parks, cafés, playgrounds and scenic walks all nearby. Explore Margam Country Park just 10 minutes away by car. Regular trains and buses connect to Cardiff, Swansea, and beyond.


House Rules:
- Please no smoking indoors – there’s a £350 deep-cleaning fee if any smoke is detected. You’re welcome to smoke outside, just keep doors closed.
- No parties or loud gatherings, as this is a peaceful, family-friendly neighbourhood.
- No outdoor shoes to be worn inside the property.
- Clean pet paws in the porch.
- Please treat the home with care and respect quiet hours between 10 pm – 8 am.
- For stays longer than 7 days, additional weekly cleans are available at £65 per clean.


Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
