Set on the ground floor and measuring 71 m², the property has a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed, plus a comfortable living room with a sofa, single bed and 43-inch TV with Chromecast.

The open-plan kitchen connects with the dining area and includes a ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, capsule and filter coffee makers, juicer, blender, extractor fan and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer, while the enclosed balcony adds an extra light-filled space. You will also have 1 Gb/s WiFi, two fans, an oil-filled radiator, fire extinguisher and first-aid kit.

The apartment is entirely private, with no shared areas. It is located in a residential part of Seville around Tiro de Línea and La Oliva, close to Avenida de la Palmera, with supermarkets, shops and public transport nearby. Virgen del Rocío Hospital, the Reina Mercedes university area and a police station are also close by, and there is a direct bus connection to Santa Justa station and La Macarena.

There is no private parking, although street parking may be available nearby, subject to availability. Access involves one small step. No cot or high chair is provided and, due to the layout, the property is not recommended for stays with babies.
