The wide sandy beaches of Vera Playa are just 5 minutes by car.

There is a huge outside space to enjoy the sun or shade at whatever time of day you choose as there is a front covered terrace, a large back terrace that is covered together with a large garden area with artificial grass to relax by the pool. On the first floor is a lovely large south facing terrace with sea views and a view of Mojacar village and the mountains too.

the villa is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring new air conditioning units in every room to keep you cool during warm days.

On the ground floor there is living room which is divided into a dining area with seating for six and a lounge area with a large Chaise Longue style sofa.

The large flat screen smart TV has Spanish Television channels and a Netflix account. Wifi is available throughout the house. In the winter you can snuggle up on the sofa while enjoying the warmth of the log burner.

The kitchen is very spacious and very well equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven hob, washing machine, toaster, iron, dishwasher, hand blender and a coffee maker.

There are 3 large bedrooms, one double bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor, with a shower room also on the ground floor. A further double and a twin bedroom are located on the first floor and a family bathroom with shower over the bathtub. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, shutters and mosquito nets for your comfort.

The property is also foreseen with new electricity, solar panels and all interior door have been freshly painted.

Close by is the historic Moorish town of Mojacar which is only a 10–15-minute drive away. Just before you reach Mojacar is the fishing town of Garrucha, where there are many great seafood restaurants.
