Located at Spálená 5 in Prague 1, this stylish one-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable stay right in the vibrant heart of the city, just steps from Národní třída. With a size of 43 m², the apartment offers a comfortable and practical stay for up to 4 guests, making it ideal for couples, friends, or small families looking to explore Prague while staying in a modern and well-connected location.

The apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a beautiful modern building with a reception, where guests can conveniently pick up their keys upon arrival.

Inside, the apartment features a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) and a sofa bed (160 × 190 cm) in the living area, allowing up to four guests to sleep comfortably. The apartment includes one bathroom with a shower, where we provide fresh towels, body soap, and a hair dryer for your convenience. There is also an additional separate toilet, which makes the space more comfortable for multiple guests.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals during your stay and includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle, and kitchenware. Coffee lovers will also appreciate the Nescafé Dolce Gusto Krups coffee machine available in the apartment. For longer stays, guests can also use the washing machine and dryer located in the property.

One of the biggest highlights of this apartment is its exceptional central location. The building is just steps away from Národní třída, one of Prague’s most important and lively streets, known for its cafés, shops, restaurants, and historical significance.

Public transport is extremely convenient — the Národní třída metro station (Line B) and several tram stops are only a short walk away, allowing easy access to the entire city.

Many of Prague’s most famous landmarks are within walking distance, including National Theatre, Old Town Square, Wenceslas Square, Charles Bridge, the Quadrio shopping center, where you can see the rotating Franz Kafka Head sculpture by David Černý, and many more. The area is also known for its historic cafés such as Café Slavia, a famous meeting place for artists and writers for over a century.

Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!

Provided during your stay:
- Clean towels (1 big and 1 small for each guest) & bedding.
- Hair & body shampoo and hand soap.
- Detergent for washing dishes, sponge, paper towel.
- Toilet paper (at least 2 rolls).
- Wireless unlimited high-speed internet is available throughout the entire apartment.

Please note the city tax is not included and will be collected on the day of your arrival. European city tax is a small fee charged to visitors by the municipality. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.

Kindly share your time of arrival. Check-in time is from 16.00. The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located at the apartment address. It is open NON-STOP. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.

If you prefer to get personal check-in (somebody will meet you at the address) an additional fee will be charged. The fee is as follows:
- 16:00 - 21.00: 20 EUR
- 21:00 - 00:00: 30 EUR
- 00:00 - 00:01: 50 EUR.
If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (the latest 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.

Please respect our apartment and neighbors. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund.

3) A deposit of 150 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located at the apartment address. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are allowed only under previous consultation. An extra fee applies.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
