Neue Wohnung im Zentrum der Stadt

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum der Altstadt, liegt in der astronomischen Uhr auf dem Altstädter Ring zu Fuß erreichbar. Während es in der Nähe zu den berühmten Bars und Pubs es kurios ist in einem kleinen und sehr ruhigen Straße versteckt.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Jugendstilgebäude, neu renoviert, 78 m2, 3 + K, in einem schönen Gebäude aus dem frühen 19. Jahrhundert. Es befindet sich im historischen jüdischen Viertel in der Altstadt.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne und einer Duschecke. Es gibt zwei separate Türen zum Badezimmer aus dem Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer.
Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett (180 cm), ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (140 cm) und ein Klappsofa für 1 bis 120 Personen im Wohnzimmer. Wenn Sie eine craddle für ein Baby benötigen, können wir es auch schaffen.
Der Ort hat eine schöne Atmosphäre und es ist sehr einfach, die schönen Straßen zum Bummeln. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe, die bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind.


Die gesamte Wohnung ist für Sie zur Verfügung. Sie betreten die Wohnung von der Haupthalle.

Ich werde während des Aufenthalts auf Abruf zur Verfügung stehen.

Es liegt verkehrsgünstig nur wenige Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Linie A, nur einen Halt zu Mustek Station im Stadtzentrum.
Der einfachste Weg ist zu gehen, weil alles, was interessant ist gleich um die Ecke!Es gibt auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe - U-Bahn-Station Staromestska (Linie A), Bus und Straßenbahnen. Sie können auch ein Taxi nehmen.
Ich kann auch eine Abholung vom Flughafen / Drop-off für Sie für EUR 30/1 Weise organisieren.

The location of the apartment and the communication with the host were excellent. The instructions to check in appeared a little complicated, but once I saw the building it was very easy to understand.The apartment was clean and comfortable. It does front the street, but it was quiet and did not bother us at all. It also made it simple to come and go. We loved how easy it was to walk to many of the main attractions around the city.

Amazing Location

Wonderful apartment

This was a wonderful apartment. It was in a safe area, on the ground floor, and walkable to most tourist sites. I was the quietest place we’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom was large and the shower was great. Kitchen was functional, but we used it only for breakfast. The second bedroom was was to was bed on three sides, but the bed was very comfortable.

Perfect location

Property was great. Very quiet. Within walking distance of everything in old town and even across the river.lots of walking tours available as well as hop on hop offs near by.We chose to take a private tour in an old roadster vehicle that looked like it was left over from the Germans from WWII. Apartment was well supplied for cooking if you wanted to do that. The only thing I missed was an extra pillow for the bed .

Great location

The apartment is located in a central but quiet neighborhood, near to all the major sights but away from the touristy center of Old Town. The owner left helpful instructions and recommendations. Everything was as described, although we would have liked to have access to a more standard and versatile coffee pot (the machine available was for pods only and pods were not readily available).

All the way from California, USA

This is a gem of a place!! Very conveniently located and description is true to the details. Walking distance to everything. One day we logged 10 miles and another was just around 7. You can meander forever and still have a sense of your location. The opportunity for quenching your thirst is abundant with beer available within feet of your adventure and there are food choices galore. Highly recommend Old Town Prague and this rental. This locale has all conveniences out the doorstep. Enjoy

Good apartment, very central

We stayed here for three nights and profited from the extremely central location of the apartment. It's in the Jewish quarter directly next to the Spanish synagogue in a nice, 100-year-old house. The main bedroom is quite cozy, but the second bedroom has no windows and it's difficult to get fresh air in, especially on a hot summer's day. Be aware that the flat is on the ground floor, so you will also get all the noise from the lively streets in. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay and the communication and check-in procedure was very easy and worked well.

schick, groß, modern und super zentral

Diese Ferienwohnung liegt super zentral im Herzen von Prag. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind hiervon gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch ein Bäcker und Lebensmittelgeschäft sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich groß, sauber, schick und modern eingerichtet. Die Eigentümer sind super nett und halfen uns sogar bei der verzweifelten Parkplatzsuche. Alles in allem, ein schöner Urlaub in einem schönen Domizil. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was in a good location on a quiet street even though it was in old town, Prague. We easily walked around and came and went without any trouble. The beds weren’t the comfiest, but that was the only complaint I had. The host was great with communication and even offered us to stay an extra hour before the 10am checkout. I highly recommend this place.

Prague week

This spacious, well-designed apartment is very quiet but is in the heart of Old Town and close to a Metro stop, and excellent shopping and restaurants. The master bedroom has an excellent mattress. The kitchen and living area have very good lighting and plenty of room, with a very comfortable sofa. The bathroom has both a walk-in shower and a separate tub, with a heated towel warmer. The heating system works well.

Hugh apartment near old town

We loved the place and this is better looking than the picture. The apartment is very space and very clean. The location is wonderful; 8 minutes walk to the Old town square, 10 minute walk to the river, 10 minutes to underground. Need to eat at Masna Kozi, just around the corner; great local food for lunch. We are highly recommended.

Une belle surprise

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement du 1er au 6 juin 2019. Emplacement parfait avec de bons restos et services à moins de deux minutes et heureusement un peu en retrait de la «jungle» touristique. Propreté impeccable et beaucoup d'espace. Roman a été accueillant et s'est présenté à l'heure convenue lors de notre arrivée. Ce fut une belle surprise en raison du prix et de sa situation dans la vieille ville de Prague. Bright, spacious apartment in an ideal location!

Perfect place to stay that is close to everything in Old Town, yet still fairly quiet. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer better bed pillows and extra towels/facial tissues in the bathroom. Otherwise, a wonderful stay!

Great Place in Prague to stay Jana and her husband were fantastic.

We had issues with our phone and finding the location and Jana and her Husband waited for us to finally figure out where to go after we lost phone service. The apartment was in a fantastic area close to everything. We walked everywhere. A little store is close for the basic foods. And great restaurants surround the place. Thanks again Jana!!!!

Wonderful accommodations in great location

This is a great apartment from which to see Old Town Prague. You can walk to all the beautiful sites of Prague and there is easy access to subway and tram connections. The apartment is spacious and perfect for three people. It is beautifully decorated and quiet due to its' location on a non-trafficked side street. The neighborhood has lots restaurants from Czech to trendy themed cafes and clubs. If shopping is your thing, the apartment is accessible to high end, tourist or shopping in some of the nice malls in the area. Jana was great to communicate with, unobtrusive yet efficient and prompt response to inquiries. I cannot say enough good things about my experience and we would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is in the Jewish center close to the old town square but on a little side street with no traffic. Great heat and hot water with a huge bathtub and shower. The flat screen t.v. just had 4 news channels in English. The kitchen had the basics with a single serve coffee maker. Jana left good info. and was helpful with questions that we had. We would stay here again.
