Just a few minutes’ drive from Le Saline Beach, the villa is ideal for those who want to alternate sea days with total relaxation and privacy.

The real highlight is the large sea-view veranda, designed to make the most of the outdoor spaces: slow breakfasts, open-air lunches, sunset dinners, a lounge area, and a built-in barbecue for enjoyable grill nights. With 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed, Villa Armonia comfortably hosts families or groups of friends up to 8 guests.

Interiors

The interiors are bright, functional, and thoughtfully laid out to ensure comfort throughout the day. The living area includes a lounge with TV, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen for independent cooking. The sofa bed adds extra flexibility, perfect for accommodating two additional guests.

The sleeping area features 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 twin bedroom with two single beds. The villa also includes 2 bathrooms (one with a shower), Wi-Fi, and air conditioning in the double bedrooms and living room, ensuring a pleasant stay even on the hottest days.

It’s also an excellent base for boat trips, days spent between sea and nature, and aperitifs in the charming town centre of Stintino.

Check-in and management

A few days before arrival, guests will receive a link to complete online check-in: you will be asked to enter the details of all guests, sign the tourist rental agreement, pay a €500 security deposit, and settle the local tourist tax.
