We welcome you to stay at Dorn Valley Barn, a beautifully designed, private gated Cotswolds retreat nestled in the greenery just outside the historic town of Woodstock. Surrounded by acres of open fields and pristine countryside views, this 6000sqft luxurious modern barn conversion offers the perfect setting for relaxed gatherings with family and friends, sleeping up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and six bathrooms.

As you step inside, you`ll immediately be greeted by a wonderful sense of light and space - a true sanctuary. The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen and living area, where soaring glass doors, windows and sky lights flood the space with natural light throughout the day. Warm woods and organic tones throughout the interiors create a calm and welcoming atmosphere, blending rustic charm with modern comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen, featuring double ovens and double fridge/freezers is perfect whether you`re preparing leisurely breakfasts together or cooking a grand celebratory dinner after a day exploring the countryside. The dining and living spaces flow beautifully together, making an ideal space for large groups to gather. In the evenings, you can settle in beside the wood burner, enjoy music on the grand piano, play a leisurely game, or unwind with a film on the Smart TV.

Across the home you`ll find five comfortable bedrooms, each with generous wardrobe space, designed with the same soft, natural palette to create restful and relaxing spaces.

With six bathrooms, there`s plenty of privacy and room for everyone to get ready without rushing-perfect for larger groups and family stays. For those traveling with children, there`s a cupboard filled with toys as well as a selection of board games to enjoy together. Upstairs, a games den with a pool table and poker table are ideal for a friendly competition on rainy afternoons or relaxed evenings in.

Step outside and you`ll discover the true magic of Dorn Valley Barn. The outdoor terrace provides comfortable seating for long summer breakfasts and relaxed evening dinners under the open sky. Just beyond, the private outdoor heated pool is surrounded by sun loungers with soft cushions, inviting you to spend warm afternoons soaking up the sunshine while taking in the surrounding greenery. A dedicated pool house makes outdoor entertaining a breeze with full kitchen and bathroom and filled with plenty of pool toys and sports equipment for guests to enjoy. For the more active and adventurous guests, the home offers a pickleball court, croquet lawn, and private access to the River Dorn for fishing, or walks along the water.

Please note, the air conditioning is only in the one upstairs bedroom.

**Important: To help protect our homes and guests, we may require the lead guest named on the booking to complete an independent ID verification process prior to arrival. It’s nice and easy, taking less than 5 minutes to complete. Please note this MUST be completed by the named booker. If completed by someone else, we will request for the verification to be resubmitted. Failure to complete this process correctly may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.**
