Idyllic Cotswold Farmhouse

Lyneham Heath House is a beautifully presented farmhouse that blends homely comfort with stylish country charm, perfect for a memorable family staycation or relaxing getaway with friends. Set within the peaceful grounds of Lyneham Heath Farm, it offers a true countryside escape while keeping you close to the best of the North Cotswolds. Soho Farmhouse, Daylesford, Diddly Squat Farm Shop, and a wonderful selection of pubs and villages are all just a short drive away. This traditional five-bedroom farmhouse is spacious yet cozy, filled with character features such as exposed beams and flagstone floors, ideal for gatherings of friends and family. The house comfortably accommodates 10 adults and includes a travel cot and high chair. The country kitchen features an Aga and seating for 10. Two inviting lounge areas offer space to unwind: a snug with an open fireplace and a large living room with a log burner, with logs provided. All first-floor bedrooms enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding farmland. Enjoy a relaxing break with exclusive guest access to our heated outdoor pool from May to September.

The pool is a short walk 1min away from the house in a separate enclosed area. Shared access with the owners and open to guests everyday from 10am-4pm unless agreed otherwise. Strictly no use of the pool area outside of these times. The pool is heated at the recommended temperature of 82F. There may be occasions due to maintenance issues that the pool will be out of service or closed subject to a Private Party but these will be limited. Open from May - Sept.

An 7KW EV charger is onsite available for guests to charge their electric vehicles. Cost: 44p per KW. Once you've finished using the charger please message us to let us know and we will send a request for payment through Vrbo.

Lyneham Heath House is 2 miles from the nearest village with a shop & a pub.

Guests also have access to 130 acres of traditionally hedged grassland, perfect for long walks and picnics under the oak trees. Wildlife spotted recently around the farm includes deer, kingfishers, woodpeckers, goldfinches, owls, and plenty more. The grassland is also used by horse riders so please be aware of galloping horses!

Car parking is available for 3 cars only next to the house, directions will be provided when booking.

The house is attached to a cottage, also lets as a holiday house. Both have their own private access and private gardens with tall hedges providing privacy.

The Aga is not electric and usually will be turned off in the summer months to avoid the house overheating.

Dogs welcome. Please remember to add them to your booking. Maximum of 2 and a surcharge will be added of £20. Must be kept on leads at all times. The garden is now fully enclosed and a smaller section of the garden can be accessed via a dog flap. Please bring your own supplies inc dog towels.

Guests do not have access to all areas on the Farm.

Guests booking acknowledge that CCTV is used on site (outdoor areas only).

Animals live on site. There are three stable yards on site - Guests do not have access to these areas.

The Farm is approx 2 miles from the nearest village and train station. We recommend having a car!
