Set within a peaceful one-acre olive grove, Kismet is a beautiful four-bedroom Provençal home with a large private pool, multiple terraces, and sweeping views across the hills of the Pays de Fayence and the Esterel mountains.

Just a short walk from the historic hilltop village of Seillans—officially listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France—you’ll find charming cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and local markets.

The Space -

Kismet has been our family home for more than 40 years, and we’ve designed it to feel like a true home away from home.

The property comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups of friends.

• 1 separate bedroom by the pool
• Two bedrooms can be configured as double or twin beds

The gated front garden provides secure and spacious parking for several cars.

The Grounds -

Facing south, the house enjoys beautiful open views towards Fayence and the surrounding countryside.

The landscaped garden is arranged across several levels and offers many quiet corners, shaded terraces, and private spots to relax with a book or enjoy the view.

Outdoor living is at the heart of Kismet:

The pool terrace is a favourite gathering spot—perfect for watching the sun set over the hills with a glass of wine.

The open-plan living space includes a comfortable lounge with fireplace, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with pantry.

Large doors open onto a spacious dining terrace overlooking the valley towards Fayence—an ideal place for long lunches and evening meals.

A second terrace beside the kitchen sits beneath a beautiful old mulberry tree, making it a wonderful spot for breakfast, coffee, or a relaxed morning crossword.

Bedroom 1 – Main Floor
Double bedroom with air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 2 – Upstairs
Double bedroom (can be configured as two singles) with air-conditioning.

Bedroom 3 – The Tower Room
A unique room accessed via an external staircase, featuring air-conditioning, a sink, and shower.

Bedroom 4 – Pool House Room
Located beside the pool, this double or twin room offers extra privacy and includes a sink, with access to an outdoor heated shower and WC.
