Mediterranean style villa set in over 2 acres of land with landscaped gardens, seperate pool and a small fruit orchard. The Villa is spacious, modern and well equipped for families.

All main living areas lead out onto the sun terrace which runs all the way along the front of the house. There are woodland areas behind the house providing welcome shade and quiet spots to enjoy the beautiful vineyard views and distant pyrenees. There is also a private pool with its own small kitchen area and terraces.
The house is secluded and secure with electic security gates and outside lighting.
Verzeille village is a short walk away and here you will find your daily bread and wine with restaurants and shopping a short drive away in nearby Limoux.
NOTE: pool heating is available on request for 70 euros per week and this is payable locally. The maximum temperate will be 26 degrees centrigrade and is not available in July and August.
