For security reasons, codes are never given by phone. To complete your check in, please share your email so we can send the form to submit your guest details and a photo of your ID. The electronic keys (keyless entry) will be provided only after receiving ID documents for all guests: ID card for EU citizens, passport / visa for non EU residents, sent by the day before check in. Failure to provide the documents prevents the property from fulfilling legal obligations to report guest data to public security authorities In this case, the owner/landlord may cancel the booking according to the booking conditions. Conduct: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and common areas. Parties or activities disturbing neighbors are not allowed.
