Villa Avenia is a contemporary private villa located within the Palmyra Villas & Suites collection in Agia Pelagia, Crete, just 1 km from the beach and offering uninterrupted panoramic views of the sea and surrounding mountains. Designed with modern architecture complemented by elegant ethnic touches, the villa provides a refined yet relaxed setting for a stylish Mediterranean escape, accommodating up to seven guests in comfort and privacy.



Spanning 120 m², Villa Avenia features three well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own private balcony, along with three modern bathrooms. The interior layout includes a bright and airy living room with sea views and a sofa bed, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchenware for a self-catered stay. An additional auxiliary space offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities and luggage storage, making the villa particularly practical for longer stays.



The outdoor areas are designed for relaxation and entertaining, with a private swimming pool with a view, an outdoor jacuzzi, furnished terraces, an outdoor dining area and a built-in barbecue. The entire villa is air-conditioned and equipped with flat-screen satellite TVs in every room, free wireless internet throughout, and complimentary on-site parking. For added security and peace of mind, the property is fitted with an alarm system, access control system and exterior security cameras.



There is no permanent on-site staff at the villa, ensuring complete guest privacy, though local assistance is available if required. No mandatory extra charges apply during the stay; however, guests should be aware that a refundable damage deposit of up to €300 may be requested after check-out in accordance with the property’s damage policy. A cot for infants up to one year old can be provided free of charge upon request and subject to availability. No extra beds are available.
