SEA VIEWS. Apartment very well located next to St. Pol beach, WITH A/C AND PARKING, on the second line of the beach. Very close to shops and the center, you can walk to any point of interest in the area.

Located in a residential block a few meters from the beach and with private covered parking with an assigned space. With air conditioner. It has a double room with a double bed with access to the terrace, a room with two single beds and a sofa bed in the dining room. It is accessed directly without a portal, it is a second floor but with a comfortable staircase. Full bathroom. Dining room with large terrace and sea views. Renovated and very functional kitchen, and with a window to the outside. The living-dining room has access to the outdoor terrace, spacious to eat and enjoy the area.
