Organized beaches are very closed, approximately 5 minutes by car. The villa is easily accessible by car or taxi. In the area, there are organized beaches, traditional taverns, cafes and shops. Aquarium, Dinosaurian, Watercity are activities nearby villa which worth a visit from all. The villa has been carefully built to provide the utmost comfort, both indoors and outdoors. The interior area has a large comfortable modern and functional kitchen with all necessary equipment, a dining room and a large living room with a fireplace and comfy sofas for relaxing overlooking the view. The 3 bedrooms are with double beds and large wardrobes. There is also 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. All rooms are very comfortable and each one has its own view. The house also has 3 bathrooms. Outside the house, there is a garden with lawn which extends to the most part of it where children can run and play with the toys we provide .In addition, there is a large basketball court. The BBQ has an oven and grill with a fully equipped kitchen which provides you with everything you need to cook and prepare meals which you can enjoy next to the lawn where you relax and enjoy the view in absolute tranquility.The parking lot is convenient and easily accessible.
