The property is located in an olive grove, in a quiet area, away from it all. It is spacious enough for a family or group of five (5) people, accommodating three (3) air-conditioned bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms.There is also the possibility of sleeping two (2) more guests on two comfortable sofas on request.
LayoutA small staircase ends on a covered balcony and the house main entrance, opening onto an open-plan space on the ground floor, with a dining area, living room, and fully equipped kitchen and a side shower / WC room.

An internal marble staircase lands on the upper floor, which features a twin, a single and the main bedroom that shares a modern shower / WC room.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and enjoy a large front balcony with unsurpassed sea views and views of the islets of Vido and Lazareto at the town port entrance.
BBQ, Pool and GardensThe ground floor side balcony has beautiful dining furnishing and an adjacent BBQ and opens onto the garden and the sunny pool. This space is where guests will spend most of the time dining al fresco and relaxing.
