Upon entering, you'll find an open-plan living area that seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces.
The kitchen boasts modern cabinetry, a marble backsplash, and built-in appliances, perfect for preparing meals with the provided cooking utensils. Enjoy meals at the wooden dining table with metal chairs, or relax on the comfortable grey sofa while watching the wall-mounted TV.
The separate bedroom area, accessible via a sliding door, offers a restful retreat with a double bed, bedside tables, and ample wardrobe space.
The bathroom offers all the necessary comforts, including a spacious shower and convenient storage for personal toiletries.
Step onto the balcony from the living area to enjoy outdoor seating and a hanging chair, ideal for unwinding with a book or a morning coffee. This outdoor space enhances the indoor-outdoor living experience, providing a private spot to relax and enjoy the urban surroundings.

This apartment is located in Porto's vibrant Bonfim district, known for its dynamic art scene and charming local eateries. The 24 de Agosto metro station is just a short walk away, providing direct access to various parts of the city, including the historic Ribeira district. Local bus stops are also conveniently located nearby for easy travel throughout Porto.
This is a self-check-in property. You will be asked to verify your identity before accessing the property. Check-in is from 4:00 PM, subject to availability and confirmation.
Once your reservation is confirmed, guests are required to complete a guest registration form in line with legal obligations set by Portuguese local authorities.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property (indoors and outdoors). Evidence of smoking (e.g. smell, ash, cigarette butts) will result in a minimum charge of €200.
For stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utility policy applies with a limit of €80.
For the first days of your stay, we provide a welcome starter pack of basic amenities: shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing liquid, and bin bags.
Additional services:
• Extra keys: €20 (extra pair when available, lost keys, or door opening during stay)
• Extra cleaning with linen change: priced at the standard cleaning fee
• Extra linen set: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 guests)
