Luxury High-End Apartment La Latina - Madrid Center is located in the heart of Madrid, within walking distance of Plaza Mayor and San Miguel Market. This apartment is a 19-minute walk from Plaza de España Metro Station and 1.5 km from the Prado Museum.

This 200 m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests. It features 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms: the first bedroom has 1 double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds, the third bedroom has 1 double bed, the forth bedroom has 2 double beds, the fifth bedroom has 1 double bed, the sixth bedroom has 1 double bed, and the living area offers a sofa bed suitable for one person. Spacious and well arranged, it’s a great choice for large groups looking for a comfortable stay.

We would like to remind you of the house rules, designed to ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay for all our guests and neighbors:
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment, including windows and/or balconies.
- Parties and noise that may disturb the peace and quiet of the residents are not allowed.
- Access is not permitted to people not registered on the reservation.
- Unregistered pets are not allowed.
- Please take care of the apartment's furniture and facilities.

✅ CHECK-IN: From 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. For safety reasons, instructions and access codes for the apartment will be provided at 3:45 p.m. on the day of your arrival.
• Early check-in: If you wish to enter before 4:00 p.m., please let us know upon arrival. If the apartment is ready, we can accommodate you, but it cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the previous guest’s check-out and the cleaning schedule.
✅ For safety reasons, luggage or personal belongings cannot be left in the apartment during cleaning. For your convenience, we recommend using nearby luggage storage services in Málaga, for example:

• Late check-out: Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we will confirm whether it is possible and the applicable additional cost:
o From 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.: 139€
o From 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.:159€
o From 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.: 199€

✅ ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Only registered guests in the reservation are allowed.
