Auf der Suche nach einem Urlaub mit viel Platz und vielen Aktivitäten für alle in Ihrer Gruppe. Diese Eigentumswohnung befindet sich direkt am Strand im Crescent Shores Resort und verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder und ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen und noch viel mehr! Viele unserer Bewertungen wurden mit unserer anderen Ferienwohnung kombiniert, da dies nur eine von zwei ist, die bei VRBO gelistet sind. Die andere Auflistung ist 125397. Wir haben beide Eigentumswohnungen seit der Eröffnung der Crescent Shores gemietet und besessen.

Die North Myrtle Beach Area ist perfekt für Familien / Großfamilien. Alle Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause sind hier, jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Fernseher / Videorecorder / DVD. Und wenn wir gerade von Räumen sprechen, sie sind alle groß und bieten viel Platz zum Ausbreiten. Kein beengtes Quartier hier! Wir haben kürzlich alle Flachbildfernseher angeschlossen. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Pillow-Top-Matratzen für diese Saison.

Der Balkon ist 27 Fuß lang und bietet Platz für Ihre Gruppe zum Essen mit Blick auf einen schönen Strand. Küchen und Bäder sind mit Granitplatten ausgestattet. Master-Badezimmer der Crescent Shores ist ein Whirlpool und es gibt eine Stand-alone-Dusche. Das Hauptschlafzimmer öffnet sich zum Balkon. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Kleiderschränke und sind für große Familien eingerichtet. Alle Möbel sind erstklassig und edel; hier gibt es keine billigen am strand. In den Schränken im Freien finden Sie Bücher und Videos sowie Liegestühle.

Und die Ansichten - Nun, Sie können sie einfach nicht schlagen. Sie können kilometerweit sogar von den anderen Schlafzimmern aus sehen. Unsere Einheiten sind Endeinheiten, so dass Sie sich hier nicht in einer Höhle fühlen. Viel Licht und Aussicht bei Tag und Nacht.

Neben Crescent Shores befindet sich Molly Darcys eine großartige Bar / Restaurant, so dass Sie nicht weit gehen müssen, um etwas zu trinken und etwas zu essen. Dieser Strandbereich dient zum Starten von Parasailing- und Bananenbootfahrten. Preise sind mit ihnen verhandelbar, probieren Sie es aus! Es gibt mindestens eine Minigolfanlage, die zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Wir wissen, wie es ist, eine Armee zu ernähren und zu versuchen, es mit einem begrenzten Budget zu tun. In der Nähe gibt es einen Super Walmart. Etwas weiter entfernt in South Myrtle Beach befindet sich ein Costco and Sams Club. Unser großer Kühlschrank ist praktisch.

Wenn Sie es vorziehen, auswärts zu essen, gehen Sie weiter und weiter. Von Barefoot Landing bis zu den vielen einzelnen Restaurants haben Sie Hunderte von Möglichkeiten für jede Palette. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb weniger Minuten. Ein neu renoviertes 12-Plex-Theater innerhalb von 10 Autominuten in der Colonial Mall.

Awesome family vacation

Property was exactly as described accommodations were perfect for 11! Clean views were spectacular to! My grandchildren want to go back to the same rental to. A few minor bumps but they were immediately resolved. Can't wait to go back next year!

We had a great experience with this condo! The beds were comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked! The Keurig and crockpot were a pleasant surprise. The balcony view is amazing! Looking forward to booking again in the future.

Indoor Pool: We apologize if the indoor pool didn’t meet your expectations. There is a very large outdoor pool and lazy river that are much larger. 2. Gym Equipment: We understand the importance of a well-equipped fitness area. When the property was built in 2004 building gyms tended to be smaller. The property does regularly update the equipment in the gym 3. Spaciousness: We apologize if the condo appeared differently in the photos. The condominiums at Crescent Shores are larger than most condos in North Myrtle Beach. We encourage guests to explore our photo gallery to get a more accurate sense of the space. We do not enhance the photos and are taken as is. 4. View: We’re thrilled that you enjoyed the great view! Our goal is to provide a memorable stay, and we’re glad the view over the beach left a positive impression. Once again, thank you for choosing our condo for your stay. We hope to welcome you back soon and exceed your expectations.

The owner was very responsive and kind. Positives: amazing location, beachfront, shopping, icecream, Irish Pub, Parasailing/ Banana Boat all next door, no sand dune to climb to the beach. Pool is very nice, lazy river. Italian Ice at the pool for purchase and so delicious. The condo is spacious, perfect for family game nights. Bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. Appliances are great. Kuerig, crock pot. Washer/ Dryer is great. Towels, wash cloths, Toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels were provided as starters. Parking is across the street and convienient. Wished these things were a little better: keys were hard to unlock doors, thermostat is locked on 72, condo was very warm even with fans, indoor/ outdoor furniture could use an upgrade or cleaning at minimum. Food storage containers are needed. This was a great family vacation and we would book again!!!

Cathy, Thank you for your comments. We are sorry to hear you were having a problem with the keys. Grand Strand Resorts as our primary contact is available 24/7 and would have replaced any keys that were giving you difficulty. The doors are difficult to open is due to the high winds and have openers that prevent slamming. On the issue of A/C. the thermostats are locked as 70 degrees to prevent the freezing of the coils which would damage and prevent the A/C from operating. This is disclosed when you check in and to protect both the AC and you.

Very nice end unit

Condo is an end unit right next to elevator!! Parking is across the street in parking garage. Keys to enter unit are a little difficult, but once you get use to them they are fine. When we first arrived they tell you to look at the condo and let them know about cleaniness, damage ect!! Only things were a kids poop stained underwear in a dresser draw, the handle to refrigerator was very loose and ready to fall off . I called and they said they would send the maintenance guy monday which he never came! Handle held up lol. There is some mold and mildew in the shared bathroom that has started but with a little cleaning and paint should handle that !! Other than that great views and and large condo and friendly people!!! Would definitely rent again

It was a fantastic vacation!

This was a great location and even better view. We loved the large balcony that easily held all 9 of us at a time. The rooms were big with comfortable beds. We made use of the washer and dryer which was very convenient. The outdoor storage closet was a nice feature too. It held a lot of chairs and beach accessories. Damian was personable and quick to resolve the only issue that we had which was that the keys provided were hard to unlock the door. This was fixed the next morning. Overall we would rent from Damian again. If you have a chance to rent unit 1006 we would highly recommend this.

Spectacular view!

We enjoyed our stay in S1006. Had 4 adults and 5 young adults/teens in our group. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The best part...the patio! The patio had plenty of chairs and space for everyone and was my favorite spot to have my morning coffee. We are a group that likes to bbq and were disappointed that there were only 2 grills (charcoal) for the entire complex. Would also have been nice to have toilet paper and garbage bags to start our trip until we could make it to the grocery store. The pool is beautiful but you need to be down there by 8:50 (sometimes earlier) to get a spot. A couple of the adults would go down each morning with coffee to keep our chairs because you cannot save them and your stuff will be moved if you are not present. Damien was VERY good to work with, returned calls and messages promptly. Security is present on-site and was very professional. Would definitely stay there again!

Karen, Thank you for your positive feed back. The month of July is one of the most challenging due to its popularity, it is the busiest times of year. Pools are beautiful and over look the beach but can get crowded. The staff do enforce the saving of chairs to prevent guests from putting their towels out and then not coming down for extended periods of time. Our on site staff try and be fair about it. I have passed your comments regarding the Toilet paper and Garbage bags on to the Vacation Management Company Grand Strand Resorts. The grills can be a challenge at peak times each tower has two grills. We will be asking our owners association if they would consider more grill and if there is the space. We look forward to having you as our guest again in the future. Until then safe and enjoyable travels. Damian

Nice unit/facility/view/location, but some issues to be aware of

June 2024 - 10th floor - 7 adults *The smallest bathroom is for 6 people. Also has mold on the ceiling and walls at sides of shower due to water overspray from shower head. Barely any storage. *Crumbs on all the placemats that were on table, coffee makers were so gross we decided not to even use them. *Zero hand towels provided for bathrooms or for drying dishes. We alerted the management company and were told “we don’t do that”. Very dismissive. *Not even one tiny hotel sized soap bar to get us started. People arrive and have to use the bathroom after being in the car a long time…) Have all supplies with you at arrival. *Four chairs on the balcony isn’t adequate compared to number of guests this unit can hold. *2nd bedroom sharing the bathroom is very small, yet has a king bed. Storage not adequate. *Parking deck is across the street-max height 6’-4 and lanes where cars pass are NARROW. * Cleaning crew tried to rush us out at 8:30 on checkout day (10 am checkout). Owner is very responsive prior to the stay. (But once you arrive, all communication will need to be with building management/call center - see above.) *Awesome views, number of beds in the unit is fabulous, plenty of elevators available *Private storage room is small but great to have. *Location is great and beach access is easy *Security/maintenance presence on the property is abundant. *Very large dining table - 6 chairs, but could accommodate 8 with the two additional folding chairs we found in a closet.

The listing was very misleading. The unit is very outdated and is in desperate need of updates. Listed below are some issues that made our stay very unpleasant. 1. The WIFI is very poor quality. We had poor reception in the unit and ZERO reception on the balcony. Very frustrating to sit on the deck and not be able to connect. 2. All of the parking is across the street. I was made to believe the parking was underneath the condos. 3. The den furniture (couch and loveseat) are awful. Super cheap. Velour. It’s as if the two pieces came from Goodwill or he picked them off of the street. 4. The dining room table and chairs are extremely old, scratched and the chairs are super heavy. Again, Goodwill or street furniture. 5. The cable system is SO basic that the owner only pays for a cable box that has no way to see a guide (programming listing of what’s on). Incredibly frustrating. Guests have to scroll through each channel to see what’s on. The remote has a “guide” button, but the owner has the cheapest cable box available, so it’s of no use. Very limited cable channels. 6. The den tv (at least) needs to be a smart tv so guests can at least watch programming that they have subscriptions for, like Netflix, Fubo, Hulu, YouTube Tv, etc. 7. No Keurig. Really? Again, the cheapness of the owner. A unpleasant vacation

We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Wifi was in the process of being upgraded during your stay and is complete. All five TVs have been replaced with lager smart TVs. All furniture is purchased new, yes it does show wear due to the conditions it is put through by guests. Unloading is beneath the building, but all guest parking is across the street due to the policies of the building and the very limited space under the building.

Great location some minor annoyances

Property was nice, great location. Getting luggage to condo was a zoo. Disappointed no toilet paper, paper towels or soap in condo, this is the first one I ever rented that did not supply at least a roll per bathroom and a roll of paper towels. Bathrooms had some mold. Roomy and comfortable.

Great family getaway

Wonderful place to unplug and unwind with family right on the beach! You can’t beat the location and the views from the balcony are spectacular. We really enjoyed our time here and there was plenty of room for our family.

Great location. Nice roomy place

Close enough to all the fun but not in the middle of all the congestion. Nice roomy place with everything you need. A few minor maintenance issues when we got there. Maintenance guy was there immediately and very helpful and very nice. Only minor complaint, The pool was very cold. But we would definitely stay here again.

Our friend and family 2021 vacation

Property was nice, however it could have been cleaned much better. The remotes also didn’t work most of the time. The sliding glass doors were extremely hard to open and they were supposed to come fix them, however they never came. Many of the lightbulbs were burnt out. The vacuum didn’t work in the unit. The 2 king mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. The blind in the living room was broken and the AC temp was set at 72 and was locked so we weren’t able to change it. All in all it was a nice property. I would recommend having a working vacuum and keeping extra light bulbs and extra batteries for the remotes and also labeling the remotes for which room they properly belonged to. View was great! The weather was perfect! Even with the issues we had, I would still recommend this property.

Leah, thank you for being our guest. We are sorry that you had the issues that you had. Unfortunately the remotes are room specific (a Spectrum cable issue) and we had labeled them at the beginning of the season. We will have to find a way to make that visible and permanent. The other issues, are being forwarded to the management company and ALL should have been addressed when the management company was informed, the same for the sliding door. We will be down to do our own inspection and replacing things like the vacuum. We used to have extra batteries but many times guests took them for other uses. the management company will replace batteries upon request. Yes the thermostats are locked to go no lower than 72. Any lower and due to the high humidity the lower coils get ice build up causing the AC units to stop working or to fail totally. This is an issue for all units on the beach. We have had to replace the ac units several times for this issue and when the ac units fail the guest has no ac. It is a tricky decision to make. We will check on the Mattresses as they are relatively new. We do replace them on a regular basis. thank you for being our guest, Damian & Anna Marie

Not the cleanest, Awesome location and facilities

Check-in process was annoying since we were delayed an hour and a half. Finally in the room at 4:30, I feel like Saturday was already gone. Trash noticed under beds and behind a dresser. Property management did tell us to let them know if things weren’t acceptable but I wasn’t going to be delayed even longer getting the room with tired young children, so we just dealt with it. Mold on the ceiling in the master bathroom over the shower. Kitchen not well stocked and refrigerator handle rickety. Chocolate stains on rug in living room that I easily wiped up with a baby wipe. Location and facility itself was wonderful! Loved the pool and lazy river, very clean and well maintained. Would like to stay in the building again, just different condo perhaps.

Dear Ashley, We are sorry for the issues. You should not have experienced cleaning issues. they will come and address the cleaning when reported and you do not have to wait for them once check in...only report it so they can take care of it and schedule with you. Cleaning and check-in have been challenges due to the lack of sufficient staff all across the board. We are not the only unit or property having issues. I am not sure what is missing in the kitchen, there should be service for 12 both plates and cutlery, full sets of pots and pans, glasses. We do have a hard time keeping up with broken wine glasses. There should be all the necessary appliances including blenders and toasters. We have asked our management company to address the issues and we will be doing our own inspection once the season is over. The majority of our guests has had a positive experience and many of our guests return year after year. When we stay at our property as we do several times during the slower season we test everything, sleep in every bed, throw out broken items, move all the furniture, set all the remotes, test the internet and clean and repair appliances, clean out refrigerator coils., clean the AC closets and units...its a long list. Again we are very sorry for the issues you encountered and hope that you try us again in the future. Damian and Anna Marie

Good Location; Needs some updates

Nice, Large Condo- but for price , property is outdated and did not feel it was cleaned thoroughly at all. Tried to sweep rug ourselves and vacuum did not work properly. Check in was delayed - which is never a good start to a trip when traveling to a destination 11.5 hrs away with. family. . I will say the property owner was very nice when contacted and did contact property managers. Went over a Holiday and pool had to be closed for 3 days d/t glass being broken in it- so not an owner issue- but general complex seemed “loud” if you enjoy a peaceful setting. Nice location- and had fun with family despite some concerns so 4 Stars given.

Great place to stay

Our family had a wonderful week together at this Crescent Shores South property. The condo was just right for 7 adults and a child. It was clean, and beautifully located right on the beach at the lifeguard station. The queen beds were extremely comfortable as was the master bed. The other king was a little firm for those sleeping there but overall the sleeping experience was great and the condo had everything we needed. There was also plenty of parking across the street.

Great Family Vacation

We had the best time!! We had our kids plus their kids ages 4months to 56 (my husband) Lots of room to spread out and for the kids to play. Perfect location on the beach. The condo is great lots of extras in the kitchen and the outdoor closet. A couple different pools and lazy river- the kids used the pools- we preferred the beach. Already planning a return trip and hoping to get the same condo.

Perfect family getaway!!!!!

One of the best vacations I've had with family. Something for everyone. We were all together BUT able to have privacy when needed. The sunrise and sunset from the master bedroom and living room was breathtaking. Plenty of space in every room and everything you have at home. I wish I would've taken more pictures. The ability to walk straight to the ocean or pool and have a front row seat to parasailing and banana boat rides was perfect. Friendly people. It felt like home away from home. The kids and adults had a blast. My 1.5 year old granddaughter and 9 year old grandson smiled the entire time. OMG!!!!! Parking was very convenient along with shopping and dining. Two small things. My daughter forgot her phone in the room after we checked out and we couldn't retrieve it due to the weekend. I spoke to the manager (very reachable) so I really hope we get if back. Since our visit was so great I hate to say this but since I'm charged $300+ for cleaning it needs more cleaning. I'd enjoy returning every year. Thanks.
