Apartment Perla offers a modern and comfortable one-bedroom space designed for a relaxing seaside stay.
The bedroom features a double bed and air conditioning for your comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and coffee maker, ideal for longer stays or enjoying homemade meals. The bathroom is modern and fitted with a shower.
The living room opens onto a private balcony with a beautiful sea view, where you can enjoy your coffee at the small table while taking in the scenery and fresh sea breeze.
As a guest, you can use the shared swimming pool and sun loungers, reception area, and the laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. There is also a seating area with a table and chairs in front of the building for relaxing outdoors.

Please note that the upper floor is occupied by tenants. They do not share or have access to the Perla apartment or any of its facilities.
