The space
The property is a 1 bedroom flat.

Bedroom:

The bedroom is large and is at the front of the property which benefits from the lovely bay window where you will find a desk with a screen where you can work. The bedroom has reeded blinds and curtains to ensure you sleep well!

The bedroom also features an amazing 50 inch LG smart TV and some lovely mid century modern furniture. You'll have plenty of wardrobe space too!

There is a beautiful reeded sliding glass door that can open between the bedroom and living and dining room making the entire flat 1 huge space!

Living & Dining Room:

The living and dining room area is lovely and light. It features a luxury sofa, a Samsung smart TV and a beautifully designed dining table with chairs. You can completely close the glass sliding door to give yourself some privacy from the bedroom if you would like.

You can also look out onto the garden whilst lying down comfortably on the sofa or having a meal at the dining table!

Bathroom:

The bathroom is compact but very well designed. There is a generous shower space with a rainfall head and all the amenities you need. There is also a hand shower in the shower.

There is a beautiful custom build cabinet where you can put your toiletries and on top of that is a sink with a mirror above.

Above the toilet you have a towel radiator to ensure you towels are always warm and dry!

Behind the curtain in the bathroom there is a washer and dryer, cleaning products and a vacuum!

Kitchen:

Equipped for everything you need there is dishwasher, oven and fridge freezer and a built in hidden bin. You can also enjoy a lovely Nespresso machine with custom grind pods which are from Shoreditch!

The garden is 5 metres wide by 7 metres long so there is plenty of outdoor space for you to enjoy. There is an outdoor rug meaning you can lye down and enjoy the sun if you so choose! There is also a small dining table and 2 chairs if you want to enjoy brunch or have a glass or wine with dinner outside.
