Newlands Fell House consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room, and a sitting room with multi‑fuel stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms include one king‑size, four king‑size rooms with en‑suite walk‑in showers, a family room with king‑size and bunk plus en‑suite, and a ground‑floor twin with en‑suite. A ground‑floor bathroom with corner bath completes the layout. Outside, there is an enclosed patio with picnic benches and barbecue, and off‑road parking for six cars. Four well‑behaved pets welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You’ll find a shop within 3.3 miles and a pub within 1.7 miles. Note: There are complimentary Armathwaite Hall Spa passes provided by the owner, adult use only due to the nature of the spa facilities (Must be pre-booked through the owners and subject to availability).
