Hi Anna, Thank you for your review. Brandlehow is in a stunning location on the shores of Derwentwater. The views across the lake are beautiful all year round and there are plenty of walks you can do right from the doorstep including the walk round the lake or a hike up Catbells. You can even hop on the launch from one of the nearby landings and head in to Keswick by boat. For an extra special treat you can add hot tub hire to your booking and relax in the peace and quiet after a day of exploring. We hope you enjoyed your stay. Best wishes, Keswick Cottages.

Having the boot room means you don't have to get mud in the house. We're pleased that you found the lounge comfortable and that the kitchen was very well appointed.
