Town: Chinley is a lovely little village nestled in a wonderful rural setting, on the western edge of the Peak District National Park. Serious walkers will wish to head east from the village, across the green foothills to the russet expanse of Kinder’s moorland plateau for a starting step onto the Pennine Way or Snake Pass.
