Exceeded our expectations
The location- close to los alcazares, Murcia and Cartagena
The private and shared pool were perfect
The villa was a really good size and well equipped with everything we could need for the stay
The Villa was nice and clean and the decor was lovely
The property and whole complex will be amazing once complete
Provide pool towels - we did purchase some and wash and leave them there for the next guests
The hoover didn’t work very well and kept falling apart so would be worth replacing
We did not use the outside table and chairs but noticed some of the chairs were already stained (assuming from people’s sun tan lotion) so it might be worth using covers or cushions for the longevity of them
The patio needed cleaning several times during the stay but think this was due to the building work still ongoing and dust so nothing you can really do about that at the moment
A bbq would be great as the oven space is quite small for making meals for large groups
