Valley Nest, a Home in Madeira
Valley Nest is an independent part of a rural house and is ideal for families and groups up to four people.
The accommodation is about 80 m2 and comprises two bedrooms, one room with a double bed (1.4 x 1.9 m) and another room with two single beds (0.9 x 1.8 m). It also has a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, two bathrooms, a balcony and a parking space.
The accommodation is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), TV with international channels, portable electric heater and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The property is located near the village of Ribeira Brava, where there is a beach and several restaurants and cafés.
Ribeira Brava is situated in the southwest part of the island, which has the best climatic conditions of Madeira.
A few kilometres away, there are impressive cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.
In the vicinity, it is possible to practice various outdoor activities, such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other water sports.
The property has easy access to the main road axes.
OBSERVATIONS
Guests have access to the upper floor of the house, which has an independent entrance. The lower floor is not included in the accommodation.
A car is recommended for this location. Free parking is available on the property.
Cleaning is done before guests' arrival and then a weekly maintenance cleaning is carried out, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
The accommodation is located in a residential area in a rural setting, but there is potential noise from cars travelling on a nearby road and dogs barking in the neighbourhood.
There are also insects in the surroundings that may be attracted by food remains.
An increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.

1. Parties and behaviours that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not permitted, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and mode of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. For in-person check-in, scheduling is required and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time slot may be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be asked to present an identification document upon arrival and provide missing identification data to comply with legal requirements.
5. Any breakages, incidents or cleaning failures must be reported as soon as they are detected so they can be verified and addressed in a timely manner during the stay. Problems reported late with the mere intention of obtaining a refund will not be considered.
6. Guests must inform about allergies, constraints or special needs before or immediately after the booking to verify compliance and take appropriate measures.
