Located on Devonshire Road in the heart of Chiswick, one of West London’s most desirable neighbourhoods. The house is just moments from Turnham Green, a popular weekend destination with excellent cafés, restaurants, pubs, and independent shops all close by.
Chiswick Park is a 5-minute walk away, and the Thames towpath is also nearby, offering scenic riverside walks and a wide choice of traditional pubs and restaurants along the river.
The property has been recently refurbished throughout, including a brand-new kitchen fitted with state-of-the-art appliances, making it ideal for both short and longer stays. As an end-of-terrace house, it benefits from excellent natural light throughout the day.
To the rear is a good-sized, newly landscaped private garden, with the added convenience of side access via a rear alleyway — particularly useful for bikes, buggies, or longer stays.
