The apartment is located on a first floor, in a modern building with elevator, in a nice and quiet neighborhood, with green spaces.

Upon entering the apartment, you will find a large entrance hall that divides the social area from the private area of the rooms.

In the social area lies a large living room with dining area. The living room has table and chairs for 8 people and a comfortable leisure area with several sofas and puffs, among them a sofa with all comfort, TV. The living room has a very nice balcony with outdoor dining area. Wi-FI internet is available throughout the house.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the equipment and utensils you need to create your home-cooked meals. The kitchen has a small sunroom, ideal for laundry area.

In the private area there are three bedrooms.



Although it is easy and free to park in this neighborhood, the apartment includes parking space in the building.

NOTE: a security deposit of 200€ in cash will be charged by our team at the check-in. It will be returned on the check-out day (or the day before) after a thourough inspection of the property.

Guests will be contacted by our team until 3 days before the check-in. Arrivals from 20:00 (8pm) to 24:00 (00am), a late check-in fee of EUR 30 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in). Arrivals from 24:00 (00am) to 07:00 (07am), a late check-in fee of EUR 50 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in).

All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in.

Please note that a mandatory touristic tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid in cash at the check-in.

All the remaining payments must be made in cash.

Transfer Service - We can provide a transfer service for an additional cost.

Amenities - We provide toilet paper and shampoo only for the first day.
