Gut: Sauberkeit, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
It’s difficult to imagine a better place to stay if you want to be in the Taormina area. It’s 10 minutes to the Isola Bella beach, 100m to the bus stop that will take you up the hill to Taormina (for 1.10) and 15 minutes from the cable car that does the same. In addition, there are restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The accommodation is split over three floors and the views from the garden and both main bedrooms are stunning. The third bedroom has no views at all but has an en-suite. The accommodation is in a mainly residential complex and the pool is shared between them. The pool is salt water, scrupulously clean and has the best views (of isola Bella) of any pool that I’ve ever used. Given that this is a residential complex, the other residents should be respected so if you intend to party all night, this might not be the place for you.We did have a couple of issues: the gates to the complex are fiddly and difficult to open on occasion and the host should really have more than one set of keys available.You’ll find cheaper places I imagine but I’m not sure you’ll find many better located than this.
