The spacious and well-organized double bedroom is equipped with wardrobes and drawers, allowing guests to comfortably arrange their belongings even during longer stays. The apartment is located in a well-served and pleasantly lively area of Lugano, rich in shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it ideal for enjoying the city with ease. It is set on a quiet residential street near the river, from which you can reach the beautiful Parco Ciani in about a 15-minute walk, with its botanical garden overlooking the lake. Continuing toward Lugano’s historic center, you can admire the charming Piazza della Riforma, the beating heart of the city and home to the Town Hall, and stroll along the characteristic Via Nassa, famous for its elegant boutiques. The route then leads to the spectacular lakeside promenade, animated by its iconic swans along the pedestrian area. Walking the entire Via Nassa brings you directly to the LAC Lugano Arte e Cultura, the city’s main cultural hub, hosting theater performances, concerts, exhibitions, and major international events.

How to get there:

By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Nord exit and continue through the Vedeggio-Cassarate tunnel. By setting the GPS, the property can be reached in approximately 10 minutes.

By train, arrive at Lugano station and take bus No. 6 towards Cornaredo, getting off at the “Lugano - Casa Serena” stop (5 stops, about 5 minutes). The apartment is about 150 meters away on foot.
