Modern with a view of the lake in Morcote (Balcone sul Lago)

Entering, there is the living room, with a comfortable sofa on which to relax after a day spent on the lake, which becomes a double bed for the night. Next to it is the dining table for 4, where you can eat with family and friends. The kitchen is open to the living room, modern and complete with everything you need for lunches and dinners like at home. It is from the balcony that you can enjoy the best view of Lake Lugano and its green mountains: admire the view while sipping an aperitif on the small table outside!
The bedroom is double, perfect for couples looking for a romantic stay. A bathroom with shower concludes the apartment.
A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.


The apartment does not have private parking, but you can park in the public parking lots along the street or in the large Garavello municipal parking garage (paid parking spaces).

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.
Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.
