VILLA GIARDINO SEGRETO - SORRENTO
This private villa with exclusive swimming pool is set in a peaceful location less than 2 km from the centre of Sorrento, making it ideal both for relaxation and for exploring the Amalfi Coast. A separate portion of the property is occupied by the owners, who have a completely independent entrance. The pool, garden and all outdoor areas are for the exclusive use of guests.
The villa is tastefully furnished and well maintained, offering 220 sqm of interior space on two levels and over 500 sqm of private outdoor areas.
GROUND FLOOR
Here, we find the panoramic living room with a double sofa bed, armchairs, Smart TV, air conditioning and dining table for 8. There is a separate kitchen and a small balcony with sea views. The sleeping room on this level consists of:
• One double bedroom with Queen sized bed, air conditioning, direct access to terrace, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor we find the other 2 bedrooms:
• One double bedroom with King size bed, air conditioning and terrace with sea views
• One double bedroom with Queen sized bed, air conditioning, and sea-view balcony
There is one separate bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.

The private garden is fully fenced and landscaped with Mediterranean plants and features a private swimming pool (7 x 3.5 m, depth 1.30 m; open from 1 April to 31 October), equipped with sun loungers, armchairs and side tables, hammock, and external shower.
Next to the pool is a glass-enclosed veranda with panoramic windows, furnished with a sofa, chaise longue, coffee table and TV.
Eighteen steps lead to the main panoramic terrace, partially shaded by a bamboo pergola. This spacious outdoor living and dining area is ideal for meals together and sunset barbecues, as well as private cooking experiences.
There is an outdoor kitchen area, equipped with cooktop, barbecue, pizza oven (only usable by a professional), large dining table and a guest bathroom with toilet and sink.
