Casa Brisa do Rio is a charming two-level villa designed in a traditional farmhouse style. The open-plan ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen with classic farmhouse details, leading through a graceful archway to the oak dining area, perfect for breakfasts or indoor dining. Beyond the dining space, the lounge provides comfortable sofas, ideal for relaxing or reading. The villa is equipped with a mix of Portuguese and English-speaking channels on the TV, and reliable Wi-Fi throughout ensures you can stay connected even in this peaceful, secluded location.

Also on the ground floor, there is a convenient twin bedroom and a separate bathroom, perfect for guests who prefer easy access. Upstairs, the master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the valley, providing a serene spot to enjoy the morning views.

The approach feels like a mini-adventure, and the reward is a peaceful retreat with far-reaching views of the rolling hills and mountains.



Practical Notes

The track is well maintained and clearly marked from the main road. Most standard vehicles navigate it comfortably when driven with care; guests who prefer extra reassurance may choose a vehicle with higher ground clearance; we do not recommend low slung sports cars.

This is a private accommodation, and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There are no steps to access the villa. One bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor, and 1 bedrooms on the first floor, reached by stairs. There are 4 steps to access the swimming pool. Car Parking is within the grounds of the villa,

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

•AIMA (Borders Authority): US law requires us to collect passport details for all non-US guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.

•Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.



GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION

For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:

•You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
