Step into the bright, open-plan living area where sunlight floods through large patio doors, illuminating the lounge with its comfortable sofas, internet access, and TV for evenings in. A generous dining table connects the space to the fully equipped galley-style kitchen, perfect for preparing relaxed meals at home.

The villa features two bedrooms, one king size and one twin, each with ample wardrobe space and its own private bathroom. The king-size master bedroom includes a full bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower, while the twin room offers a walk-in shower—ideal for families or friends travelling together. A separate guest WC adds convenience, and the entire space is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and ease.

ACCESS & PARKING

Guests have full access to all advertised areas and facilities. The villa is set on one level, but please note there are steps down from the parking area to the entrance. There is space for two vehicles on-site.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.

Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.



GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION

For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:

You will verify your personal details.

You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
