The villa
Designed to ensure practicality and comfort, the villa offers well-kept and functional spaces. It features a spacious double bedroom, particularly bright and overlooking the garden, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower.

Outside, guests are welcomed by a large garden surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and a porch with a wide sea view, the ideal place to relax and be enchanted by the colors of the sunset over the sea of the Tuscan Archipelago. Guests also have access to a barbecue area and a private uncovered parking space, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay. For nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, several trails of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park start nearby, perfect for walks immersed in nature, scenic mountain bike rides, or for those wishing to tackle the area’s technical trails.

Bed linen not included guests may bring their own or request rental at a cost of €20 per person, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Pickup and return take place at the agency, unless otherwise agreed
