The property is set within a typical Porto "Ilha" — a historic and picturesque housing concept where small homes share a common courtyard or entrance, reflecting the city’s traditional community living.

While the apartment is small, it has been thoughtfully designed to be fully functional and well-equipped. The living area features a comfortable sofa, a TV, and Air Conditioning (AC) to ensure your comfort in any season. WiFi is available for basic use.

The compact kitchen is suitable for light meal preparation and comes with essential cookware, along with a dedicated dining area.

Upstairs, you’ll find a private bedroom with a comfortable double bed, providing a quiet retreat for a restful night. In keeping with the apartment’s cozy scale, the functional bathroom includes a shower and fresh towels.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Note: To access the mezzanine bedroom, you need to climb stairs.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable and modern apartment in Porto, located in a quiet residential area with easy access to the city center. Guests can visit Casa da Música, Boavista Avenue, and the Serralves Museum and Gardens, all nearby. With local cafés, shops, and good transport links close by, it’s an ideal base for exploring Porto’s culture, green spaces, and attractions.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest Subway station, Lapa, is just a 15-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro airport is an 10-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
