The apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical Lisbon building, surrounded by charismatic neighbors and stunning views. Ideal for families or groups of friends who want to explore the city from the heart of its history!

Please note that Intendente is a neighborhood with a lot of activity throughout the day, so external noise is to be expected.

Like many in this historic city, the building is old and thus has some typical features such as poor sound insulation.

→ Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a comfortable queen-size bed and plenty of natural light, and another with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Both have electric heaters.

→ Bathroom
The bathroom features a shower that is an experience in itself, offering an incredible view of Lisbon.
Please note that it is a small bathroom, so we do not recommend it for people with reduced mobility.

→ Living Room
The living room features a Smart TV with cable connection and a sofa bed perfect for accommodating larger groups. The balcony offers an amazing view of the city and cozy natural lighting.

→ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker (coffee not included).

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

→ The property is "Self-Catered". Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are provided as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included.
→ Bed linen and bath towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen changes may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in is between 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 10:00 PM).
→ Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please leave the keys on the main table.
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of needing technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In situations of key loss, a penalty will apply.
→ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
→ A crib and baby chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
→ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
