Stay in the heart of Lisbon’s most iconic quarter: Alfama. This two-bedroom duplex apartment blends authentic charm with comfort, offering a private balcony overlooking the Tagus River and Alfama’s colorful rooftops.
Living and Dining:

→ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

→ The apartment is located in the area where the annual Santos Populares festivities take place during the month of June. Please be aware that this area can be quite busy and noise can be expected!
→ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbors are prohibited.
- During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
- Lisbon is a historic city in continuous modernization, which may result in renovation works in the vicinity of the building without prior notice.
