Villa Castagnoli is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with roses, lavender and lemons and overlooks the surrounding countryside with a breathtaking view. The in-ground swimming pool, which measures 5x3, with a depth of 1.40 metres, can be heated on request and has a solarium area with external shower, sunbeds and umbrellas offering a splendid view of the Chianti hills. A large outdoor dining area equipped with table, chairs and a portable barbecue can accommodate the entire group for outdoor lunches and dinners. Bocce court and table tennis available on site. The interiors (approximately 200 m2) are spacious and carefully furnished to create an exclusive and comfortable environment.
The villa is on two levels. The entrance on the ground floor opens onto a spacious living room with fireplace, a second living room/reading room with access to the garden, dining room with access to the garden and fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor is completed by 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. Going up to the first floor we find 2 double bedrooms with private shower bathroom.
Next to the villa we find a small building divided into two rooms: a small gym (yoga mats, electric exercise bike, fitball, medicine balls and weights) and a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board).

Villa Castagnoli is located near Castellina in Chianti, immersed in the Chianti countryside with splendid views of hills and vineyards. Thanks to its position it offers maximum relaxation and privacy but is also the perfect starting point for visiting the famous surrounding villages and the most important art cities in Tuscany.

The price includes: the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen and pool towels (changed weekly), consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, air conditioning, heating, pool heating (upon request), wi-fi internet connection, baby bed and high chair. Also included in the price is a visit to the cellar with wine tasting. Upon request, possibility of organizing dinners with chef, cooking classes, daily cleaning service of the villa. The villa can be proposed for events and weddings.

Important Information
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. Pool heating on request, to be requested at the time of booking. Access to the house via 200 meters of unpaved road. Arrivals must take place between 2pm and 6pm. Possibility to book the accommodation for fewer or more sleeps with rates on request.Activities and Distances
