Villa Mons is a private retreat in the quiet area of Kalathas, just 12 km from the center of Chania. The villa offers full privacy and beautiful views of Sklóka Mountain and the sea from its balconies. Outside, enjoy a heated private pool, a peaceful garden, and a BBQ area with a shaded dining table—perfect for relaxing under the Cretan sky.

Inside, the home includes three comfortable bedrooms (two with double beds, one with twin beds) and a charming attic with a wooden-beamed double bed. All rooms have air conditioning and Smart TVs with Netflix. The living room has a cozy fireplace, and the kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals. There are three bathrooms stocked with Rituals amenities to add a touch of luxury.

Outdoors, a heated private pool invites you to relax, while the barbecue area and garden dining space offer the perfect setting for al fresco meals under the Cretan sky. Privacy, tranquility, and sophistication define this retreat, making Villa Mons the ideal destination.

Pool Dimensions are 40sqm and 1,5m depth.

The golden sandy beach of Kalathas is walkable, with calm, shallow waters ideal for families, plus beachside tavernas and water sports. For nature lovers, Kalathas Gorge nearby offers great hiking and climbing.

Shops, cafés, and restaurants are just a short walk away, and the nearby area of Kounoupidiana (1 km) offers supermarkets, banks, and medical services. The old town of Chania—with its lively harbor, markets, and restaurants—is only a 15-minute drive.

Guests have full access to the entire villa. Cleaning and fresh linens are offered every 3–4 days.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole villa and all outdoor spaces.

The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.

If you’d like to have the pool heated, please inform us in advance. This service is available for €80 per day, minimum 4 days.
