Two-villa family estate for up to 32 guests with 2 x 73 sqm infinity pools (heated on request), just ~1 km to the beach and ~8 km to Elounda. Designed for big groups with kids: playground, multiple lounges, and naturally wind-protected outdoor zones for comfy swims and dinners.



The Space:

Set on a quiet hillside above the gulf, this private retreat pairs two contemporary Cycladic-style villas (~180 m apart) into one seamless base for multi-family travel. Expect sea-facing living rooms with high ceilings and fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens plus a bar/diner, fitness zones (indoor & open-air), and smart TVs throughout. One villa adds table tennis, foosball, and a private gym; both prioritize easy flow from glass-fronted lounges to the pool terraces.



Outdoors

Each villa has its own infinity pool (73 sqm) backed by open sea views, pergola-shaded dining, built-in seating nooks, and charcoal BBQs. Between them: a children’s playground, hammocks in the garden, an open-air gym space (boxing bag, water rower, TRX, free weights, yoga mats), and an outdoor jacuzzi. Request pool heating for shoulder-season comfort.

Light, modern interiors use stone and timber to blend with the landscape. Both villas include:

Pool heating: €550/week per pool, request ≥1 week in advance (weather-dependent).



Quiet hours after 23:00; please supervise children around pools/play areas.
