The heart of the villa: 10 meters to swim, unwind, and play. The first section is shallower (perfect for little ones under supervision), then it gets deeper for real swims and dives. Around it: sun loungers, an umbrella and an outdoor shower—everything ready for full days outside, between sun and shade.


🌿 GREENERY + PRIVACY
Here life naturally moves outdoors. The courtyard with tables and outdoor seating becomes the spot for aperitivi, slow conversations and long evenings. And when the time feels right, the barbecue area sets the mood: fish, meat, Sicilian aromas, and that feeling of being truly “on holiday.”

🔑 ACCESS TO THE HOME (SIMPLE AND FLEXIBLE):
The villa is on the GROUND FLOOR: no steps and no stairs, making it convenient also for guests with mobility difficulties or who use a wheelchair.

The only exception is the attic (bedroom 3), which is reached via stairs.

🏠 You will have full and exclusive access to the entire home, all rooms and all available services.

No areas are shared with other guests or with us hosts: PRIVACY is guaranteed.

⏰ TIMES:
• CHECK-IN: from 3:00 PM onwards
• CHECK-OUT: by 10:00 AM

Whenever possible, check-in is in person with our staff by 9:00 PM, so we can welcome you and explain everything calmly.

If you arrive later (or prefer full independence), no problem: SELF CHECK-IN is available, with key pick-up at a location we will share on the same day, still near the property (with full instructions).

(Late check-out is possible only if available and agreed in advance.)

⚠️ GETTING AROUND & MOBILITY:

🚗 A car is recommended to move independently to Sciacca’s center, supermarkets and main attractions, given the home’s quiet and secluded location.
🚌 Local buses run only at certain times and on limited routes.
🚕 Private taxis are available (no Uber or similar services).

ℹ️ A FEW THINGS TO KNOW:

• Mosquitoes and ants in the warm season
Since the home is in the countryside, during the summer months you may encounter mosquitoes and ants.
For comfort: we recommend keeping an eye on food (especially if left outside) and using the repellents we provide.
The house is also equipped with mosquito screens to ensure comfort during your stay.

• Pool cleaning & maintenance + trash collection
For stays longer than 4 nights, our staff will briefly access the property for pool maintenance and for the tasks needed to manage waste, so everything stays tidy.
These visits are quick, scheduled, and carried out with maximum discretion, respecting your privacy.

• Transparency note: stray dogs
In the area, you may occasionally see stray dogs: they are generally calm, but if the gate is left open or if they are attracted with food, they could enter the property.
To avoid this, we simply ask you to keep the gate closed and not to feed them.

If you are 2 or 3 and would like to use the second or third bedroom as well, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance so we can prepare it properly.

📜 HOUSE RULES TO KNOW AND ACCEPT BEFORE YOUR STAY:

📝 CONTRACT + 🆔 IDENTIFICATION (MANDATORY):
After booking you will receive:
• the Tourist Rental Agreement to be digitally signed — we use the written form as required for rental contracts (Law 431/1998, art. 1(4) + Decree Law 50/2017).
• the link for ID document registration, required for reporting to Public Security authorities (art. 109 TULPS / Alloggiati Web).

🗑️ WASTE DISPOSAL (MANDATORY):
Separate waste collection is mandatory and must follow the municipal schedule, which you will receive in the house manual and which will be explained at check-in.
🚫 Waste must never be left inside the house, for any reason.
🧑‍🔧 A member of our staff will periodically collect the trash and dispose of it properly.

🚭 SMOKING:
No smoking inside the house (including e-cigarettes). Smoke detectors are installed and may trigger the alarm.
✅ Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.

🚫🐾 PETS IN THE POOL:
Pets are not allowed in the pool.

👶🏼🏊‍♂️ CHILD SAFETY:
Children must be supervised at all times, especially in the pool area.

🧹 POOL MAINTENANCE:
For stays longer than 5 nights, our staff will briefly access the property for pool maintenance. This is done discreetly and with full respect for your privacy.

💧 WATER CONSUMPTION:
We kindly ask for mindful water use and to avoid waste: in Sicily it’s a precious resource, especially in summer.
